2. Your Content: By uploading or pasting a resume you confirm it belongs to you or you have permission to use it. You retain full ownership. Hiresume does not store your resume after your session ends.

3. Accuracy: Hiresume does not fabricate experience or credentials. AI outputs should be reviewed before submission. You are responsible for accuracy.

4. Payment: Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly as selected. You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Privacy: We do not sell your data. Resume content is processed to generate your output and is not retained after your session.

6. Limitation of Liability: Hiresume is not liable for hiring outcomes, resume rejections, or any damages resulting from use of the service.
